We ship eligible direct-to-consumer furniture anywhere within the continental United States and Canada.
For commercial products and enterprise orders, we offer white glove installation in 30 metro areas: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, DC Metro, Florida, Georgia, Illinois (Chicago metro), Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan (Detroit metro), Mississippi, New Hampshire (Manchester metro), New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Ontario CAN, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee (Nashville metro), Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin (Milwaukee metro). Branch Coverage Area
You can find our shipping timelines on our product pages. If you have any questions about a particular product, contact us over email or chat. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery.
White glove and large corporate orders are scheduled based on your needs, and can be delivered and installed in our service areas as soon as 5-15 business days. Larger orders may take additional time, and products that are not in stock may take longer to ship.
Most of our DTC products ship for free through UPS or FedEx ground shipping. Note that larger orders of DTC products (more than three desks or 10 chairs) may ship via a freight service, and may take longer to arrive. Most accessories and chairs ship in a single box, and individual desks arrive in two boxes.
If you select white glove installation with a qualifying order in a Branch service area, we'll connect you with a Branch Captain who will be your single point of contact for your furniture installation. Your Captain will coordinate with the relevant person on your team to arrange delivery, unboxing and assembly at the time that works best for you.
