Worry-Free Return Policy

Extended Holiday Return Policy: We know gift giving isn't always easy. This holiday season please enjoy an extended return policy: any orders delivered after November 15th will have an extended return period until January 15th 2025 for the holiday season.

Don't love your new Branch furniture? We’ve got you covered! First, feel free to reach out to us for a complimentary ergonomic consultation. It can take up to three weeks to get used to your new work posture, and we'd love to help adjust your furniture for a better fit! If you'd like to proceed with a return, like-new Branch products in their original packaging can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Just pay return shipping!

 

Flat rate returns

To keep things simple and transparent, we offer a flat rate shipping fee for all chairs and/or accessories being returned to us. A flat rate return shipping fee of $40 (per unit) will be deducted from any office chair purchase. A flat rate of $15 (per unit) will be deducted from any accessory purchase. All desks, filing cabinets and large orders over $2000 and/or 10 units or more are excluded from flat rate returns and are subject to 20% restocking fee.

 

Initiate a return

Click here to initiate your return for Chairs, Desks, and Accessories, and receive a pre-paid shipping label once we approve your return. Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll process your refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days, less the cost of return shipping. Return shipping fees will be communicated in the portal, based on your item and location.

*If you’ve received damaged products, please notify Branch within three days of receipt, in which case we will cover the return shipping fee for damaged items only. Damaged items can be physically returned to us for a full refund or replacement.

Products that suffer from failures during their useable lifetime, as outlined in the Branch Warranty Policy, qualify for replacement or repair at no cost to the customer, inclusive of shipping costs.

 

Conditions and exclusions to our return policy

  • All returns are subject to validation and approval at Branch's discretion. If Branch does not approve a return for any reason, the item may not be returned to you.
  • Anglepoise lighting returns will only be accepted for unboxed items within 30 days of purchase.
  • Your Branch product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging.
  • Please note that we are unable to accept returns outside of our 30 day return window.
  • In order to faciliate fast processing and shipping of orders, we don't offer exchanges.
  • All Open Box products are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • All workplace furniture and large corporate office orders over $2000 or delivered via White Glove or Freight are subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return.
  • Custom Products, Shipping Fees, and Installation fees are non-refundable.
  • If any Branch product is shipped outside of continental US and/or Canada all return and warranty policies are voided.

Branch Flex

If you're an enterprise customer furnishing a corporate office, many of our furniture items qualify for Branch’s first-of-its-kind Flex Program. We understand that moving is a headache, and companies rarely take their furniture with them. Disposing of used furniture is surprisingly expensive, and bad for the environment.

With Branch Flex, we'll retrieve used Branch furniture once you're done with it, and refurbish it for a second shot at life. If the furniture is in good condition, we'll even give you credit towards future purchases with Branch. Even if we don't offer credit, we’ll pick up old furniture for free, saving you thousands of dollars in disposal fees.  

Branch Flex only applies to Branch furniture purchased new, and is only available for qualified enterprise customers based in a Branch Service Area. Benching products, including our Quad Desk, Six Person Desk and Double Standing Desk are excluded from the Flex program, but we may be able to help with retrieval for an additional fee. Flex retrievals can be organized by contacting our customer support team.
