    Outstanding customer service

    This is an update to my first review. Originally I liked the chair but felt the seat cushion was a bit too soft. Branch reached out to me to find out how to make things better. They offered a couple of option and I chose to have the seat cushion replaced with a newer firmer version. The updated version is much better. I'd rate the chair a 4.5 stars with the incredible customer service pushing the overall rating of the company to 5 stars. In my experience, even if there is something you don't like these guys will try to make everything right for you. You don't run into that very often these days.

    Fantastic Purchase!

    Extremely happy with my purchase; the ergonomic pro helped to alleviate my lower back pain stemming years of office work. The considerable amount of adjustment points really allow you to tailor the chair to your own specific needs. I've gotten quite a few compliments on it's stylish look as well. Already contemplating a 2nd ergonomic pro for my home office.

    OMG!

    I’m always a little bit skeptical when the cost of a computer chair is more than my monthly car payment. Like can a chair be THAT good. IT IS!! Just had my first full office day in it (8+ hours) and I’m completely pain free! Now all of the adjustments are definitely going to take some time figuring it out but it is 100000% worth the investment!!! I feel so supported

    Husband Loved It

    Surprised my husband with a desperately needed brand new office chair! He loves it! The only critique he had is that he wishes there was some way to lock the arm settings and headrest in place. I will definitely be getting myself one within the year.
