We connected with Swig as the team looked for a more effective way to position vacant suites. Rather than relying on empty floor plans or light staging, Swig wanted fully furnished, turnkey environments that prospective tenants could immediately understand, evaluate, and envision using.

Traditional leasing cycles and unfurnished spaces made it difficult for tenants to picture how teams would actually work in the environment. Swig needed a faster, more differentiated approach that would both shorten vacancy windows and elevate the touring experience.

Our flexible product line and space planning support made it possible to develop a scalable turnkey suite model. Each space was designed to feel complete and functional from day one, with layouts that support a range of team sizes and working styles rather than a single fixed configuration.

In addition to furnishing, we supported rapid deployment timelines so suites could move from vacant to market-ready quickly. We also partnered on supplementary marketing support so furnished spaces could be better showcased across listings and in-person tours.

Branch is now deployed in 6 of Swig’s 10 San Francisco buildings, with 22 furnished suites delivered in 2025 alone.
