Does exactly what it's supposed to do - adds height to the adjustable range of the Ergonomic Pro Chair for those of us over 6'3" tall! Easy to install during initial chair assembly, and only a little more work to add later to replace the shorter cylinder the chair ships with if you've installed it already.

those extra couple inches of height make all the difference for ergonomics with the desk or legs resting better. my only complaint is make this an included choice between the two heights rather than an upcharge because now I have an extra normal cylinder laying around that I don't need for any reason...

After watching a few videos on how to replace it, which included a hammer and other tools to break it free from the wheel's base and chair, I was able to remove it.
TIP: Use an Adjustable Locking Pliers-Vise Grips and place it on the cylinder, then twist it to loosen up.
The taller cylinder height was perfect. If you are 5.9 inches or taller, I recommend getting the tall cylinder.
