I researched office chairs for months after my friend sent me a link to check out a chair from Branch. It was love at first sight and I couldn’t shake this Ergonomic Pro in the vegan leather, it was so stunning! But I didn’t want to buy on an impulse because luxury is expensive and I really needed to think this through. I compared this chair to so many available from competitors that are nice, but let’s be honest, they don’t come close to this one in quality and functionality. What sold me on this one was that it had a thick seat, an adjustable lumbar, and fully adjustable arms. No other chair at this price point offers this.
Assembly was straightforward. I definitely sweat, but did not swear, so that means it was fairly easy. I put this together by myself, since my dog can’t help me, so the most challenging part of assembly was placing the chair top onto the the bottom… I ended up tilting everything sideways and going that route, and it worked!
My original chair immediately went to the thrift store. It’s still good, but never should have been an office chair for 5 years. WOW did I get an upgrade! Having used it for a full work week, I’m incredibly pleased with the quality and comfort. Get one—you won’t be sorry!

There are lots of choices of home office desk chairs - some cheap, some wickedly expensive. Branch has hit a home run with the Ergonomic Chair Pro: solidly constructed, easy to assemble, good looking, extremely fairly priced, and did I mention superbly comfortable, made so by the sensible and easy adjustments than can be made to all parts of the chair that matter for good working support. So glad I chose to get it...

I can't believe what a difference this chair makes! I am 6'1 - 214lbs, and I can adjust all of the important settings perfectly to my body. It is very comfortable and lower back pain basically disappeared after 4 or 5 days using it. The set-up was really easy too. The instructions were perfectly clear and you even use the shipping box to assist in the set up. This is a well-engineered product from start to finish. I always bought the most expensive chair I could find at the office supply stores such as Staples. I could only get like 6 months out of them until they start to wear down. I can tell that this chair is going to last a long time and although not a "cheap" chair but the value is very high for what you pay for. I would highly recommend this to anyone that has to spend significant time at a desk and I am ordering one for both of my boys too for college.

I had an issue with the chair that I raised with customer service. They solved the problem without any issue whatsoever and in a timely way that accommodated by hectic travel schedule. Not many companies I could say that about.

This is an update to my first review. Originally I liked the chair but felt the seat cushion was a bit too soft. Branch reached out to me to find out how to make things better. They offered a couple of option and I chose to have the seat cushion replaced with a newer firmer version. The updated version is much better. I'd rate the chair a 4.5 stars with the incredible customer service pushing the overall rating of the company to 5 stars. In my experience, even if there is something you don't like these guys will try to make everything right for you. You don't run into that very often these days.
