Better than any other chair or cushion/support set up that I have tried. I also like that I don’t have to push it in and out. Just swivel and get up, then do the same to sit and return to my ideal positioning, no scooting required.

As an architect and educator who works behind a computer for many hours a day, I have been suffering from lower back pain and stiffness over the past year. I have to say that my back actually felt good after just the first day of using this stool in combination with my incredible new standing desk.

I have never tried this type of a stool in lieu of a "regular" rotating, rolling chair. The comfort level for someone like me who fidgets a lot is amazing - the chair even has a slight tilt to the base which provides additional comfort when shifting around while sitting at a desk. Just make sure your desk is high enough to clear this taller than usual stool, or use a desk raiser.

Great! It does use some muscles I am not used to using so I definitely have to massage out my back the first day, but I love that it keeps me active and has enough wobble action & height options to help me move around and shift if I get uncomfortable and can’t get up yet. I also am enjoying it’s double use as a stool for my drumkit!
