It works fine, but assembly isn't as easy as other ones I've tried and the logo is very prominent which is an eyesore. The cap over the tension where you adjust the monitor vesa rotation is the worst design. If you try to adjust with the cap on with the hex screwdriver, the cap will get stuck and misaligned, and you would need to pry it off to get it working. Adjusting that tilt takes a lot more effort than necessary.

The logo is definitely a personal preference. We aim to keep it fairly subtle, but we understand that visual details land differently for everyone, and we appreciate you calling it out.
Angling the Allen wrench, as you discovered, is the correct way to make the adjustment and allows you to tilt the monitor smoothly without removing the cap.
As for the adjustment effort, the arm is built to support a wide range of monitor weights, which means there’s a higher level of tension to work against when dialing it in. It can take a bit of elbow grease, especially compared to lighter duty arms.
The important part is that the arm is functioning and adjustable, even if the process felt more difficult than expected. We really appreciate you documenting this experience. Feedback like this helps us refine both the product and the setup experience as we continue improving future runs.
